VA100XT Product Description
The VA100XT is a bathroom fan with a 4 inch / 100mm axial impeller. It delivers 107m3/hr extraction and is among the more powerful domestic extractor fans. It is designed for installation in wall, ceiling or with an additional kit 254101 - windows too.

The VA100XT 251410 is fitted with an electronic timer which provides the necessary 15 minute overrun time to comply with Building Regulation (Document F) requirements for internal WC ventilation. The timer is adjustable from 3 - 20 minutes and is set on install by your electrician. To meet IEE Regulations, timer models should be isolated using a 3 pole isolator.

The VA100XT model also features Vent Axia's unique thermo-electric shutters which close when the fan is not in use. This prevents cold back draughts entering the bathroom when the fan is not in use.
