Overview

Vent Axia's ACM100 has long been regarded as the industry standard for inline fans. Vent Axia's superb build quality marries very high extraction rates with extremely low noise levels. Indeed the ACM100 is the quietest inline fan available.

The ACM utilises a 'mixed-flow' impeller, allowing it to develop much higher air pressures in the chassis. This makes it considerably more powerful than an equivalent axial fan (about 2.5 times the extraction rate) and means that it push air along longer duct runs - up to 10m.

We also really like the rotatable chassis which is extremely compact and lightweight and is perfect for installation above the bathroom, even in tight loft spaces or ceiling voids. The ACM100 may be operated by humidistat 563550A module below.

Great fan, seems to have lots of power , bathroom still to be fitted in a middle room around 5 metres from the outside wall, so can’t comment on removal of steam, quite quiet

Vent Axia Inline fan... does the job

Does the job of clearing the bathroom although not as quickly as I was expecting (the 300m3/hour is probably with the shortest run possible).

I am going to move the backdraft shutter from the vertical pipe to the horizontal pipe (as I believe it should be anyway), so that should improve things. It is MUCH better than our 4" ceiling fan as it should be.

Exytactor Fan World have been brilliant (and patient) with my questions too.

Very nice fan, great proce, fast delivery.

It was a replacement for the same model of fan which had eventually worn out after years of constant use. I have one for each of my two bathrooms, each of which is some distance form an outside wall. I managed to run 100mm ducting and the fan units within the ceiling voids. The fan is very quiet and has a low power requirement. It's just audible enough in the bathroom to reassure me that it is working. The price was much lower than from other sellers, included carriage and the fan arrived very quickly.
