Suitable for installation all UK bathroom zones, the SELV, (Safety Extra Low Voltage 12v) Lo Carbon VA100XP is an extremely versatile air movement device. It is supplied complete with 12v SELV transformer and integral pull cord for convenient local switching when required.

Using just 3.4w - less than most LED lamps - it is extremely energy efficient. It uses a long life DC motor, which comes with a five year guarantee.The 459049 model features a pullcord for manual override switching and thermo-electric shutters which close when the fan is not in use thus preventing back draughts and cold air entering the building.

The Lo Carbon VA100 uses 87% less energy than the original whilst still offering excellent air movement of 74m3/hr. It is suitable for wall or ceiling mounting and features integral protection against low energy lighting circuits. It may be installed on any lighting circuit or be operated by a separate remote switch. Install with standard four inch accessories and ducting.
