Heat recovery is the collection and re-use of heat from extracted air that would otherwise be lost. Heat recovery can help to reduce overall energy consumption by providing 'free' heat for other purposes. The Tempra range of heat recovery units recover up to 74% of the total heat from extracted air and put it back into the fresh incoming air. They feature a summer setting which closes the outside intake vents reducing the warm air which enters the dwelling. The Tempra T features an over-run timer.
