The Vent Axia VA100LHP is a 4 inch bathroom extractor fan fitted with an integral humidity controller which switches the fan on at full speed when the 'relative humidity' of the room reaches the set point. It also features an integral pull cord for manual over ride.

Suitable for installation in walls, panels, ceilings or windows. For window installation, the window kit 254101 must also be purchased. See below. The VA100LHP is a mains voltage (240v) IPX4 rated fan, so may only be installed in zone 3 of the bathroom well away from water sources.

Please Note:
Upon installation it is possible that the fan will run continuously until the humidity sensor has become acclimatised to the environment. As part of the installation process it is important to set the humidity sensitivity to the desired level. The controller is already set to switch on at about 72% relative humidity.
