Vent Axia 14101010 HR500 Commercial Heat Recovery Unit

The HR500 may be used as a Heat Recovery Unit or standard extractor.

As a heat recovery unit it ventilates at 550m³/h of air while introducing warm fresh air, efficient to 70% HR.

However, the unit offers the facility to reverse the airflow of the supply fan thus providing double extraction at times when heat loss isn't a concern. When operating in this mode - as a standard extractor - the HR500 ventilates at a whopping 900m3/hr.

The unit is perfect for commercial areas that require a high performance balanced intake/extract scheme but are subject to excess heat in summer, such as swimming pools, computer rooms, classrooms, offices and waiting rooms etc. In noise sensitive areas use an auto transformer controller.

The unit should be ducted to the outside world using an integral wall liner. Suitable for wall thicknesses between 450 and 670mm using a telescopic sleeve. It has washable, reticulated foam filters in the supply and extract airflows.
