Overview

The Silent Tornado dMEV range adds two impressive constant flow decentralised extract ventilation fans to the already hugely popular Silent Tornado range of extractor fans.

The Silent dMEV range is the most powerful wall or ceiling-mounted axial extractor from Tornado to date. It features a high-pressure axial impeller, which offers near silent operation, as low as 13dB(A) and an impressive extraction rate of 126m3/h (35l/s). The Tornado dMEV has been specifically designed to protect your home against damp and mould issues.

The Tornado dMEV features Constant Volume Technology (CVT). The airflow is adjustable with 1l/s increments to allow for easy installation and commissioning, with the integrated UKAS calibrated airflow sensor, you can be confident that it will work as intended.

This particular model (ST100DMEVHT) features an integrated humidistat and timer. The humidistat will ensure that any moisture in the air is cleared before the fan switches off.

Designed to be a perfect fit within kitchens, utility rooms, and bathrooms, the unit can be installed with constant and switched live connections allowing the fan to be triggered via both humidity and manually or can also be installed with just a constant live for automatic triggering by humidity only.
