The Mayfair 70 range from Silavent / Domus was designed for ease of installation, maintenance and replacement. Installed in two parts (see the mounting frame options below in the You May Also Need section - these are supplied separately), the Mayfair has been particularly popular in larger building projects as the fan need only be mounted on the frame once all building works are completed - eliminating any chance of damage.

The MPC070B is also used in situations where longer duct runs are necessary. Using a centrifugal impeller the MPC070B generates higher air pressure and is thus able to exhaust extracted air over greater distances.
