The Silavent Mayfair MCC070B from Silavent / Domus is a fully automatic extractor fan which turns itself on upon detection of steam and off after a preset period. Often used in situations where the bathroom user cannot be relied upon to turn on the fan, the MCC070B is popular in hotels, with landlords and parents or in bathrooms with lots of natural light.

The Mayfair 70 range utilises centrifugal technology and thus generates high exhaust pressures. This allows the fan to be used in situations requiring long duct runs.

Installed in two parts (see the mounting frame options below in the You May Also Need section - these are supplied separately) the 'push fit' fan body is only mounted after all building work is completed. This reduces the risk of damage while renovations continue. It also makes maintenance and replacement very easy. The fan is supplied with a two year warranty.
