Envirovent ESAVA400PR EnergiSava PLUS 400m3/hr MVHR Unit Right Hand Model

The Envirovent ESAVA400 PLUS is a high power centralised MVHR unit designed for use in medium sized to larger houses and shared accommodation. The 'PLUS' model offers additional connection options for devices such as CO2 sensors.

Typically installed installed in the loft, the EnergiSava continuously draws musty, damp air from multiple, individual rooms and replaces it with fresh tempered air, warmed by the outgoing air in the heat exchanger. The fresh air is returned to the rooms through circular valves mounted in the ceiling, discreetly maintaining high internal air quality throughout the year. 

During normal conditions the ESAVA400P runs continuously on trickle until the humidity levels rise above the specified set point, when the motor and fan increases its airflow to deal with the change in air quality. No user intervention is required and when humidity returns to normal the ESAVA automatically drops back to trickle level.

Using a powerful backward curved impeller and EC motor, the EnergiSava 400 delivers exceptional performance, up to 400 m3/h (111 l/s) and maximum system pressure in excess of 500Pa.



The summer by-pass function ensures that cooler air enters the property on warmer days, while the frost protection and pre-heater ensures correct temperatures in winter months. 

The units come as standard with two easily maintained G3 filters which remove 95% of the dust from the air. A high-performance fine dust filter (F7 filter) is optionally available, ideal for people with respiratory conditions or allergies. The intelligent digital display panel located on the unit ensures ease of commissioning.
