Overview

The Airflow Loovent ECO is a compact energy efficient centrifugal fan designed for use in bathroom zone 3, toilet, utility room and kitchen. Replacing the now 40 year old original Loovent - one of the most reliable extractor fans available - the new ECO version is offered as a two speed unit and operates at just 12w on full power. ..and less than 4w on the lower setting.

With a 4 inch centrifugal impeller the Loovent ECO sucks an incredible 110m3/hr. Considerably more powerful than any 4 inch axial fan, this is even more impressive when considering its compact size. Indeed at just H167 x W187 x D138 it has the smallest footprint of any fan in its class. It may be mounted surface or recessed (see image), on the wall or ceiling in either portrait or landscape orientation.

The Loovent is ideal for ducted situations and maintains an extraction rate of 15L/s over 6m of flexible ducting including two 90 degree bends and thus meets the requirements of the Domestic Ventilation Compliance Guide. It looks great and has an easy clean front fascia to keep it looking like new.

The 72684306 Loovent ECO HT model features a humidistat and an over run timer. The humidity sensor detects the presence of moisture in the air - steam - and operates the fan automatically. When installing the fan the RH (relative humidity) level may be set from 40% to 90% RH. The over run timer ensures all steam is extracted. The over run period may be set between 2 and 45 minutes. It also offers an innovative optional 2 minute delay, to prevent the fan operating which is ideal for quick visits to the bathroom or toilet.
