This ventilation T piece accessory may be used with all 4 inch 100mm extractor fans but is most commonly used with an inline duct fan to vent from two separate rooms - such as two ensuite bathrooms.

Please note that the right angles will add significant resistance to the duct system and will thus impair the performance of your fan. Where space allows use a Y piece instead as the shallower angle reduces resistance.
