Returns
Items Not Required
You may return unwanted items within 14 working days of delivery. Items must be unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging.
To ensure safe transit and resaleable condition, please securely pack the item in an additional protective box with sufficient packaging material, similar to how it was shipped to you.
Please note: Items wrapped in tape or packaged in anything other than the original packaging will not be accepted.
If you need a different item, please place a new order on our website. Returns are treated as separate transactions, and a refund (excluding any original delivery charges) will be issued once we receive and process your return.
Faulty Items
If an item is faulty:
- Initially, please contact us either by phone or the contact us section on the website. We will try to troubleshoot the problem with you first. In some cases, you will be required to contact the product manufacturer to obtain a case number to validate the manufacturer's warranty procedure.
- All returned electrical items will be tested, which may take up to 5 business days.
- Approved Faults: If confirmed faulty, we’ll issue a replacement under warranty. Refunds are based on the product's age and the manufacturer's warranty coverage. Please contact us in advance to discuss this option before sending the item back to avoid disappointment. We also ask you to make it known when filling in the DPD returns form that you require a refund - if not stated, a warranty replacement will be shipped by default.
- Non-Faulty Items: If the item is in working order, it will be returned to you at your expense.
- Exclusions: Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorised repairs are not eligible for return, refund, or replacement.
How to Return
1. Start a return online by clicking here and entering your order number and email address to get started.
2. Tell us the reason for the return. If faulty, a description of the fault would be greatly received.
3. Select your preferred return method. You’ll then receive a confirmation email with either a label to print or a QR code to scan at your chosen return location.
4. Pack up and drop off your return: Please repackage the item securely and attach your label to the parcel if you’ve printed it at home.
5. Drop your parcel off at one of thousands of convenient DPD collection shops and post offices, for a flat fee of £5.00.
6. Once the item has been received, please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed.
