The Mayfair 70 MTD070B centrifugal fan from Silavent / Domus was designed for easy maintenance and replacement. Often used in larger building projects, the Mayfair is installed in two parts. The mounting frame, supplied separately see options be, is installed whilst building works are ongoing and the plug-in fan is then easily mounted in place when the builders have left and all decoration is complete.

An extremely versatile fan, the MTD070B can be used in zone 3 of the bathroom, kitchen, utility room or light retail or commercial environments.

The MTD070B is constructed in high gloss ABS. It offers 70m3/hr and features an adjustable over run timer. The motor is mounted on rubber bushes which provides a high pressure performance coupled with an exceptionally quiet operation. The Mayfair centrifugal range is supplied with a 2 year warranty.
