The Tornado Energysaver cowl is one of the most effective external grilles available. It counteracts the detrimental effects caused by wind which dramatically affects the extraction and performance levels of extractor fans.  In turn it makes the fan more energy efficient compared to standard fixed or gravity grilles.

Whilst increasing performance it also helps eliminate back draughts which are common when a fan is switched off. We recommend the use of duct clamps with all ducting and grilles.

Please note that these grilles are not suitable for a soffit installation.
