This type of fan kit is usually pretty wimpy, being purchased largely by the fact that they come with a light and all the other bits and bobs necessary for install. Not so the Vent Axia Luminair Kit which fulfills the first requirement of including a really good extractor fan!

The Luminair Kit extracts steam at source in your shower, preventing condensation build up, damp and odours. It also features a low voltage halogen fitting which bathes the shower in light - so no need for separate installation!

The 'T' kit benefits from an over run timer which automatically switches the fan off after a pre-determined period, set upon install. This ensures that all steam has been removed form the bathroom.
