The Mayfair 70 MTT070B from Silavent / Domus is a dMEV unit which offers both continuous ventilation at trickle speed and high power extraction at boost speed when required. With a powerful centrifugal impeller that generates large air pressures, the Mayfair is particularly well suited to installations with long or complicated duct runs.

Installed in two parts (see the mounting frame options below in the You May Also Need section - these are supplied separately) the 'push fit' fan body is only mounted after all building work is completed. This reduces the risk of damage while renovations continue. It also makes maintenance and replacement very easy. 

The MTT070B is constructed in high gloss ABS. It offers 70m3/hr and features an adjustable over run timer. The motor is mounted on rubber bushes which provides a high pressure performance coupled with an exceptionally quiet operation. The Mayfair centrifugal range is supplied with a 2 year warranty.
