Envirovent Silent Design Overview
Combining great looks with excellent performance, the SILDES150HTP 'Silent Design' is an exceptional extractor fan with a built in adjustable humidistat & overrun timer and pull cord. Using an IPX5 rated motor, it is "resistant to jets of water from all angles" and can therefore be installed almost anywhere. Powerful and quiet, it is also very energy efficient, using only 8w which is about the same as an LED lamp! The SIL150DES is also available in Timer, Humidistat and PIR versions.

The motor is IPX5 rated ("resistant to jets of water from all angles"). This means it can be installed in any zone of the bathroom without the need for a separate transformer.
