Envirovent ECO dMEV T Continuous Ventilation Unit with Timer

The ECO dMEV T decentralised mechanical extract ventilation unit is ideal for use in bathrooms, WCs, utility rooms and indeed any situation which requires the removal of stale air or moisture.

The Eco DMEV T has an adjustable over run timer which may be set from between 1 to 30 minutes. Using the latest low energy DC motor it operates on incredibly low power down to 1.5w.

It offers five 'trickle' settings - 15, 22, 30, 36 and 45m3/hr which is commissioned during install to meet the specific requirements of the setting. The fan operates constantly at this level, continuously ventilating the room using extremely low power consumption of just 1.5w. It may then be switched to the 'boost' setting of 65m3/hr at times of increased load - such as when the bath or shower are in use. The boost may be operated by separate remote pullcord or by the light switch.

The Eco DMEV T may be installed in the wall or ceiling and comes with integral back draught shutter as standard. It is fitted with standard 4 inch (100m) accessories so can easily replace an existing standard intermittent extractor fan. It is fully compliant with Part F, system 3, of the building regulations.
