Really impressed with the speed of service, product was as described & brand new. I purchased this to replace the same model which had failed, one thing I did not with the new fan and the failed one was that the live and the switched live were in different places on the terminal block failing that fitting the new fan into the old fan fittings was a doddle

It's incredibly effective in our small en-suite shower. Either it hasn't a delayed switch or I've not fitted it correctly but it works well enough not to really need it. I think the lesson is get a bigger extractor fan?

Nice and simple, easy speed and timer adjustment. Good quality that should give a long life.

Replacement for a typical ceiling fan which did not have great performance. Easy to fit and direct wiring replacement and now so much quiet (as in the loft), neater as you only need a suitable flush vent and of course great performance.

Can't fault the power of this extractor. Easy to install and the unit itself is extremely well made and very quiet in operation. Don't hear any noise from the loft area but there is quite a bit of noise in the bathroom from the air suction.

Fan works perfectly and easily evacuated the steam from our shower room. It is adequately quiet in operation.

Bought as a like for like replacement in the loft above my bathroom which is quite large. A very sturdy piece of kit which was relatively easy to instal and seems to be as efficient as its predecessor although a little bit noisy but not intrusive.

I used this to replace a nearly identical model which I bought elsewhere in 2017. That one eventually failed, but I consider it had good use - especially as I didn't have a cut-out timer and some of my family probably left it on for long periods. It is mounted in the loft. I took the main fan out of the frame and put it into the old frame, which was perfectly good. Saved me mounting the frame, and I only had to take out and replace the two screws holding it in the frame. The old flexible vent piping was fine, and the ends easily clipped into the new frame. It extracts from above the main bathroom shower enclosure (about 1m away) to vent out downwards through the soffit (about 3-4m away).

My only problem was probably my fault - I purchased the model which stays on for 3-20 mins (configurable) after switching off. Of course this requires a switched live wire AND an unswitched (permanently on) live wire. I found there was no unswitched live wire nearby, so I found the solution on the internet - simply connect the switched live to both of the terminals on the fan. Then it works as per the unswitched version.

The fan does make some noise, but I expected that from my experience with the previous one - it is by no means whisper-quiet! There is a simple jumper setting for low/medium/high speeds and I have it set on the high speed so it works as quickly as possible. It does take 5-10 minutes to clear the steam after the shower is switched off, but that's fine as I'm drying myself.

Upgraded to this inline fan, as previous one would not clear shower room, even with long over run. Easy to install, as also bought new pipework and vents. Setting over run took a couple of times to get it at about 10 minutes, but otherwise no issues. Set it to highest power and now shower room is clear. Really pleased with fan and swift service from Extractor Fan World. Ordered Friday dinner time and delivered Saturday afternoon. Also much cheaper than a well known diy store.

This fan is brilliant! Purchased to replace the original bathroom fans we had, as we were starting to get mould growth around the windows.

Installed the pair of new fans and now we do not even have moisture in either bathroom with these fans running. Great performance and low noise.

Easy to install , good power although quite large physically

Electrician recommend I source the fan locally from Screwfix but EFW were half the price and it was delivered to my door in just over a day. Fantastic service at a brilliant price and a direct replacement for the old unit. Nothing more to say but thanks.
